We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes the creation, sharing, solicitation, or possession of any sexual content involving minors, as well as grooming, coercion, or inappropriate communication with youth.
We actively monitor and moderate our platforms, remove prohibited content, and take immediate action against any violation, including suspension, reporting to authorities, and cooperation with investigations. All staff, volunteers, and partners are required to follow strict safeguarding standards and report any concerns promptly.
If you encounter behavior or content that may put a young person at risk, please report it through the in-app reporting or contact us at admin@heartware-network.org. All reports are handled confidentially and with urgency.
