Project Executive (1-year Contract)

Job Description

  1. Collaborate and mentor youth volunteers on projects and events.
  2. Plan, execute, and evaluate youth-centric programmes and activities, including liaising with instructors, publicity, registrations and evaluation.
  3. Network with volunteers and partners to collaborate on youth events and activities.
  4. Recruit, orient, and manage volunteers in relations and database.
  5. Project supervision, exercising judgement within defined procedures and objectives.
  6. Ensure compliance to all events calendars within required time frame.


  • Min Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant experiences in youth development.
  • Passionate in working with youth and bring transformation into their lives
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent facilitating, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Pro-active, people-oriented, team player, cheerful, positive and committed
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
